Dr. Joseph G. Banks is a retired freelance risk management specialist, international charity CEO (CISV International), journal editor/author, cross-cultural & medical jurisprudence educator, fund-raiser and middle school teacher.
He served as a director of USA & UK companies, trustee of USA, UK & global charities, and is a long-term school governor at Hawthorn Primary School (Hawthorn participates in the UK “In Harmony” program).
He earned University Degrees from Ohio Northern (BA & JD) and Case Western Reserve (MA) and was a Visiting Scholar at the Hastings Center & Columbia University. He has lived in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK, since 1985.
